PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Pro Engineering Consulting spearheaded the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering design for the Converse Retail Store Tenant Improvement project in Las Vegas, NV. The scope included transforming approximately 2,200 sq.ft. of retail space to meet Converse’s specifications.

KEY FEATURES

Retail Area Transformation:

The project involved the renovation and improvement of a 2,200 sq.ft. retail space to align with Converse’s brand standards and layout preferences.

HVAC System Replacement:

The existing rooftop unit (RTU) required replacement with a new Carrier unit. This necessitated the installation of a new curb adaptor and internal ducting within the designated space.

Controls for HVAC:

Specific controls for the HVAC system were defined in the sample drawings, outlining the parameters and functionality required for optimal environmental conditions within the retail area.

Plumbing Fixture Replacement:

The plumbing aspect involved the addition of a service sink, a drinking fountain, and the replacement of all plumbing fixtures to enhance functionality and adhere to Converse’s design standards.
