PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Pro Engineering Consulting undertook the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design for several tenant build-outs within the Del Mar Skydeck shell building. The project included individual designs for Ambrogio15 restaurant, Parfait Paris bakery, and Understory Bar, all situated in a common food-court type area exposed in the center of the Skydeck.

Ambrogio15 Restaurant:

Ambrogio15, known for its unique dining experience, required specialized MEP solutions to support its culinary operations, ventilation, and lighting requirements.

Parfait Paris Bakery:
